Bio

I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I am currently a freshman at The Ohio State University in the BFA Dance Program. Even though I have been involved in dance all my life, I was reintroduced to it in middle school, where I did competition and liturgical dance. Once I got to high school I wanted to take dance to another level. I found a studio in Worthington, Ohio where I trained in ballet, tap, contemporary, and Bharatanatyam Classical Indian dance for three years. I also attended Fort Hayes Career Center for Pre- Professional Dance. I have interned at A+ Plus Arts Academy, OSU Dance Department, OhioDance, Artisan Dance Studio, Brooklyn Ballet.

I plan on completing the dance program with a dance education focus. After college, I would like to join a professional company, teach, and start my own non profit organization promoting arts, health and wellness among underserved communities.
